Orders

How do I know if my order has been place?

When you have confirmed and processed your order at our online checkout your payment will be processed. Once processed your checkout page will refresh and show your order number and order.

An email will be send to your registered email provided by you when placing the order. The email will contain your order invoice.

How can I place my order?

By browsing our store you are able to add and delete items in your cart.

By placing your order with our online store you ensures that you can check that all of your details are correct. 

Can I place and order from outside of Australia?

Yes you can. If you are purchasing a gifts for someone please make sure that the shipping address is different to your billing address.

Can I amend my order?

 Novelty number plate, metal signs, frames, keyring and lanyards orders can only be amended if not forwarded to supplier.

All other orders can also be amended if not dispatched.

Please not that any custom made items cannot be amended once send to the manufacturer.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched we can cancel your order and refund you.

Once an order has been dispatched the order can’t be cancelled.  Please double check all orders.

Returns and Replacements

How do I return my purchase if I change my mind?

In the rare event that you or your recipient are not happy with the purchase please return the item at your cost to Attn: Returns (insert order number) PO Box 1738, Noosaville BC QLD 4566

Please contact us and let us know how you would like to proceed:

  1. Exchange the item for another item ( shipping charges will apply to send the replacement item).
  2. Refund the item minus the shipping fee. 
There is an item missing from my order. What can I do?

If your order arrives with and item missing please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We are happy to send the missing item at no extra cost to you or issue the amount for the missing item. 

I received an incorrect item. What can I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received the wrong item.

We are more than happy to send you out the correct item or issue a refund.

If you need to return the item we will email you a return label wo cover the cost of the shipping. 

My order arrived damaged/faulty. What can I do

Please contact us as soon as possible in the event that your order arrived damaged or faulty. 

We will request that you email us photos of the damaged or faulty item.  

We will happily replace or refund you for the damaged or faulty item. 

If the product needs to be return we will email you a return label to cover the shipping.

How will you refund?

We will refund you via the payment method you used when placing the order.

Shipping

How do you send my order?
We offer standard and express post delivery.
 
Novelty number plates, metal signs and surrounds will be delivered by Australia Post. On the odd occasion we may use courier.
 
When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship within 2-4 business days of confirmed payment.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow pick-ups for any of our products however; in some cases we may be able to arrange a different transport method for special orders. Contact us by email for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

We only offer delivery in Australia. 

You are most welcome to purchase from overseas and we can deliver in Australia.

Please make sure that your delivery address is within Australia.

Where are my items shipped from?

Novelty number plates, signs, frames, key rings and lanyards are shipped by our supplier here on the Sunshine Coast

Custom number plates  and on odd occasion other novelty number plates are shipped by the manufacturer on the Darling Downs.

Other items are shipped by us on the Sunshine Coast.

How can I track my order?

In the footer under services you will be able to track your item. The tracking number is provided by an email from Australia Post at the time of dispatch.

You are also able to track your order via Australia Post tracking by entering your tracking number:

Please contact us if your order does not arrive.

 

What if no one is available when parcel is delivered?

At checkout you will have an option for signature on delivery.

If a signature is not required and no one is available the parcel will be left in a safe place. The driver may choose that leaving the parcel may not be safe and leave a card advising you to pick up your parcel from you local post office. Your local post office will ask for a proof of Id before they had over your parcel.

If a signature is required and no one is home a card will be left advising that your parcel has been taken to your local post office for pickup. Proof of ID will be required when picking up the parcel.
